Kpop Girl Groups Update July 2019

There are quite a few kpop girl groups comeback in July this year.




ITZY- Icy

Itzy's debut EP, titled It'z Icy was released on July 29, 2019 along with an accompanied music video for its lead single titled "Icy".On August 5, It'z Icy debuted and peaked at number 11 on the US Billboard World Albums chart and at number 19 on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums, making it their first entry on both charts. In Japan, It'z Icy debuted at number 12 and 32 on Oricon Albums Chart and Japan Hot Albums chart. It'z Icy also entered at number 10 on Oricon Digital Albums chart











GFriend- Fever

On July 1, GFriend released their seventh mini-album, Fever Season, with title track "Fever". The mini-album consists of eight tracks, including an instrumental version of their title track. It debuted at number 10 on the Billboard World Albums chart.It topped the Gaon Album Chart.










GWSN - RED-SUN(021)

GWSN released their third EP The Park in the Night Part Three along with the lead single "Red-Sun (021)" on July 23. The MV is huge success with over 21 million viewers so far.












Nature - I'm so pretty

I introduce this group before, so I won't repeat again.On June 24, it is confirmed that Nature will make their comeback on July 10 with their first mini album I'm So Pretty. Member Gaga will not be involved due to her currently being on hiatus to focus on her studies.  The music video for I'm So Pretty was released on July 10, 2019. A Performance Version of the music video was released on July 24.











Honey Popcorn - De-aeseohsta

I already introduced this girl group, so I won't repeat again. All the members are Japanese AV Idols in this group, and the group is funded by Mikami herself as a passion project, which causes some controversy in Korea.







Busters - Pinky Promise

Busters  is a five-member South Korean girl group formed by Monstergram Inc. and JTG Entertainment in 2017.They released their first extended play "Pinky Promise" on July 31, 2019
