APink - Wave
Of course, the first group I will talk about is APink. This comeback had some special meaning to my fav girl group APink. At April 19th 2016(I mean Korean time April 19th 2016), it's APink's 5th anniversary.
(I always feel like I am the panda holding camera there for some reason....anyways)
On this day, APink released MV "Wave" to celebrate APink's 5 years anniversary. The song is written by APink leader Park Chorong( Babyfat Rong). APink starts on April 19th 2011, from a relatively unknown girl group back then to one of the most popular kpop girl group nowadays. This song has so much meaning for all the Pink Pandas, so I will definitely rank this as No 1 comeback for April 2016.
Twice - Cheer Up
Yes, yes. JYP's new girl group Twice is back. Twice's second mini-album, Page Two, was released on April 25, 2016. The album includes title track "Cheer Up", a remake of Park Ji-yoon's "Precious Love", and "I'm Gonna Be A Star", which served as the theme song for Sixteen. The group held their comeback showcase the same day at the Yes24 Live Hall located in Seoul, South Korea. The music video hit 10 million views on YouTube within five days.
I would say JYP's Twice is definitely a rising star in kpop right now. However, after I listen to "Cheer Up", I didn't find anything similar to Park Ji Yoon's old songs, anyways....

Lovelyz - Destiny
In April 2016, Lovelyz revealed that second mini album titled "A New Trilogy" would be released on April 25. The title track of the album is "Destiny" and the album contains six other songs.
The interesting thing about this song is that Lovelyz comeback song title of the same name from their labelmates, INFINITE, and it's everything fans could have wished for! The song, in typical Woollim fashion is very well produced, with vocals spot on and catchy melodies. Maybe Lovelyz is the female version of "Infinite".
After I watched this MV, I found they are more mature now, the music is a bit different from the old Lovelyz as well.

Mamamo - Woo Hoo
Yes, the funny Mamamo is back again. This time it is a bit different. MAMAMOO has released their song for LG's 'G5'!The girls are the CF models for the smartphone, and they've released their CF OST called "Woo Hoo". It's a medium tempo synth pop with a funky rhythm, and MAMAMOO's bright and positive energy shines through the song.
For all the Mamamo fans, would you get a LG G5 because of Mamamoo?....
Laboum - Jouney to Atlantis
I definitely mentioned about this group before, They are under NH Media and Nega Network. I especially like their "Sugar Sugar" song before, and the big bear as well.
Laboum released the music video for "Journey to Atlantis" and its accompanying single album Fresh Adventure on April 6, 2016. It's so catchy. It's almost like fast rapping, but will totally be worth learning the lyrics. The song is bright, cheery, and uplifting.
April- TinkerBell
After KARA disbanded, DSP Media really doesn't have any strong girl groups, Rainbow was not that popular. Now the newer girl group April cameback this month.
On April 4, DSP Media announced through a teaser poster that the group will make a comeback, on April 27. The poster shows a frame of flowers with texts on the inside and a drawing reminiscent of a butterfly wing.On April 14, it was revealed that the group was set to release their second mini album Spring with title track "Tinkerbell".
Right now, DSP Media girl group definitely has no match with SM Entertainment girl group now, so their rival would be "Red Velvet".
Berry Good - Angel
If I didn't introduce this group before, I will introduce this group a little bit today.
Berry Good is a five-member kpop girl group formed by Asia Bridge Entertainment in May 2014. There are some members change in this group at early 2015, and they are still 5 member girl group right now.
On April 20, they released the crowdfunded mini-album Very Berry, lead by title track "Angel".
CocoSori - Exquisite
I don't know this group before and I don't understand them either, their music sounds confusing to me as well....(I think they debut early this year, but I don't know much about them)
